Responsibilities.
- Greet customers warmly upon their arrival and assist them in finding suitable seating arrangements.
- Provide customers with menus and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
- Take and accurately record customers’ orders and transmit them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
- Suggest beverage options that complement customers’ food choices and take drink orders.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and beverage items and report low-stock situations to the management.
- Assist with stocking activities and performing food rotation to maintain quality and freshness.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with kitchen staff to ensure efficient teamwork.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and kitchen areas.
