Job Overview:
Prepares table with clean linen, condiments containers, glasses, menu-card and obtains orders from customers. Collects food, beverages, snacks etc., from kitchen according to customers’ orders from Pantry Man and serves them.
Responsibilities for F&B Associate:
- Greet customers, make reservations, and seat patrons when tables are available.
- Hand out menus and explain menu items and specials.
- Take customer orders and deliver to food servers.
- Deliver prepared food to patrons and clean tables.
- Handle customer complaints.
Required Skills:
- A friendly and outgoing personality
- Basic math and computer skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- The ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- The availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
