Job Role:

As an F&B Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.
3. Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.

Required Skills:

1. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
