Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for airline passengers, delivering efficient and courteous service to ensure a smooth airport experience. Your role will involve assisting passengers during check-in, boarding, arrivals, and other airport operations, in compliance with aviation regulations and customer service standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas.
  • Verify travel documents such as passports, visas, and boarding passes.
  • Issue boarding passes and baggage tags, and check in luggage in accordance with airline procedures.
  • Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and special requests (e.g., wheelchairs, unaccompanied minors).
  • Assist with boarding procedures, including announcements and verifying passenger identity.
  • Coordinate with ground handling teams, security, and airline staff to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
  • Provide assistance during flight delays, cancellations, or disruptions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary).
  • Prior experience in customer service or airport operations is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and airline software.
  • Pleasant personality with a strong customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Well-groomed and presentable with strong interpersonal skills
