The Food and Beverage Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in the dining area and ensuring the smooth operation of the F&B department. The role involves serving customers, taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations when necessary.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, and provide customers with receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
