Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Executives to manage day-to-day retail operations at outlets located at Delhi Airport. The role involves providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, handling billing and payments, maintaining product displays, and ensuring high service standards in a fast-paced airport environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
- Promote and sell products to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payments accurately
- Maintain proper product display, visual merchandising, and stock arrangement
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards at the retail outlet
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and airport security guidelines
- Address customer queries and complaints effectively
Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Minimum 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
- Prior experience in Retail / Customer Service / Sales is an advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
