Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for airline passengers, delivering efficient and courteous service to ensure a smooth airport experience. Your role will involve assisting passengers during check-in, boarding, arrivals, and other airport operations, in compliance with aviation regulations and customer service standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas.
- Verify travel documents such as passports, visas, and boarding passes.
- Issue boarding passes and baggage tags, and check in luggage in accordance with airline procedures.
- Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and special requests (e.g., wheelchairs, unaccompanied minors).
- Assist with boarding procedures, including announcements and verifying passenger identity.
- Coordinate with ground handling teams, security, and airline staff to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
- Provide assistance during flight delays, cancellations, or disruptions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary).
- Prior experience in customer service or airport operations is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficient in using computer systems and airline software.
- Pleasant personality with a strong customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Well-groomed and presentable with strong interpersonal skills
