Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and hardworking Food & Beverage Associate . Your main job will be to serve food and drinks to customers, ensure they have a great experience, and keep the dining area clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages in a polite and timely manner
- Help with preparing and packing food if needed
- Keep tables, counters, and work areas clean
- Handle cash, card, or digital payments if required
- Answer customer questions about the menu and recommend items
- Follow food safety and hygiene rules
- Work as a team to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
- No experience needed; training will be provided (experience in F&B is a plus)
- Friendly, polite, and good at customer service
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic communication skills
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
