at airports There are many duties and responsibilities to come with ground staff jobs, but the main one is to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers who travel through the airport. you will be responsible for welcoming the passengers and answering their questions. You will also be responsible for selling airplane tickets and making reservations when requested.
Responsibilities:
- They must assist the passengers in rebooking or redirecting if their flights are canceled or delayed.
- They must help the customers by providing them with the proper instructions before boarding, after landing, and while switching connecting flights.
- Performing cabin services to ensure that passengers are comfortable during their flights. Cabin services include cleaning and restocking the planes before the passengers.
- Confirming the identities of passengers, and providing them with boarding passes.
- They need to assist flight crew members and passengers by providing them with stairs to get in and out of the plane.
- Sometimes, they can also screen passengers and their luggage for ensuring their security
- Offering good customer service to the passengers.
- They need to be good at cabin services to ensure the comfort of the passengers on the flight.
- This means the plane must be restocked and cleaned correctly before the passengers are boarded.
Requirements For Ground Staff:
