As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for welcoming the passengers and answering their questions. You will also be responsible for selling airplane tickets
and making reservations as and when requested. you should be well aware of flight schedules, weather concerns, aircraft delays, and other factors that may affect
passengers’ journeys. You should also have the ability to solve passengers’ problems quickly.
Ground Staff Responsibilities:
- Welcoming the passengers at the arrival gates and assisting the concerned passengers onboard.
- They are ensuring the safety and security of the passengers at the airport and ensure that the passengers have a comfortable journey.
- Selling tickets at the kiosk of the airlines at the airport.
- Helping passengers confirm flight and meal reservations.
- Assisting passengers whose flights are delayed or canceled or rerouting passengers as necessary.
- Handling the loading and unloading the passengers’ luggage from the aircraft and sending it to the baggage conveyors and counters.
Requirements Criteria for Ground Staff:
- Able to work on a Shifting basis.
- Strong customer service skills and detail-oriented
- candidates should have good communication skills.
- Positive attitude, friendly, outgoing personality & do Multitasking.
