Job Description
Cabin crew members, commonly known as flight attendants, are responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of passengers during flights. They provide a high standard of customer service, assist passengers, and handle emergency situations.
Job Role
- Pre-Flight Duties:
- Attend pre-flight briefings to understand flight details and passenger requirements.
- Brief passengers on safety procedures and demonstrate the use of safety equipment.
- During the Flight:
- Welcome passengers on board and assist with seating.
- Provide special assistance to passengers with specific needs, such as elderly or disabled passengers.
- Respond to passenger queries and complaints.
3.Post-Flight Duties:
- Ensure passengers disembark safely.
- Complete flight reports.
- Assist in cleaning and preparing the aircraft for the next flight.
Requirements
- Minimum height requirement (varies by airline, generally around 5’2″ to 6’2″).
- No visible tattoos or piercings that cannot be concealed.
- Good physical health and fitness.
- Typically between 18-35 years old.
