Job Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional service to our guests in the food and beverage department. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly enter them into the POS system.
- Assist with food and beverage preparation, including but not limited to, pouring drinks, assembling appetizers, and garnishing dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables, resetting them for the next guests, and ensuring adequate supplies are stocked.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and rotating perishable items.
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations is a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
