Job Summary:
The Food and Beverage Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service by serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Food & Drink Service: Take orders, serve food and beverages accurately, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, service stations, and equipment.
- Stocking: Refill condiments, napkins, and other supplies as needed.
- Cash Handling: Assist with billing, taking payments, and operating POS systems (if required).
- Teamwork: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Hygiene Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations, including personal hygiene and food safety.
